Photo opportunity

Warning: It’s 6 AM and I woke up at 4:30. So, the following might be nonsense.

You know, I was always told that my photos are beautiful. I mean, the ones that I take. For some reason, people thought that I was good at taking beautiful pictures. Well, maybe they were right. I do indeed have some sort of sense of balance and composition, but nonetheless I never felt that I was good.

My main idea was that to take a good photo you need to either take any photo of something beautiful. Unless you screw up completely, the photo will be good because the object is good. The second option is to take an unusual photo of something usual (like a cup of tea, a dog, a porch). So, basically, After realizing that I felt that there is almost no input from the cameraman (cameragirl). Cameraperson? Camerabeing. Anyways…

But then my father, a life-long photo and video enthusiast, told me about his vision. His idea of photography is that it’s similar to hunting. You have to wait for(or arrange) the right light, for right moment (when you’re taking a wave), right pose of a model…

So, I guess, taking photo is not that simple after all…

…and it’s the 1st time, after a few years of apathy, that I actually, want to find something interesting to take photo of…

gotta create an online gallery…
